Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for successfully hosting the annual meeting of Everyone.Ltd in your hotel last week and also to provide some reviews on the food quality.
The participants were pleased about your service and the mind-blowing ambiance of your establishment. Your staff was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. Furthermore, the meeting room was clean and spacious, also the temperature inside was maintained suitable for all-day discussion. In addition, the complementary welcome juice and valet parking facility were remarkably useful and highly appreciable. It is undeniable that the hotel ‘Riviera’ is always renowned for its hospitality.
However, lunch was not up to our expectations. There was a delay in the presentation of the buffet, as a result, we were served cold food. Besides, the rice was overcooked and the chicken tasted stale.
In order to keep your reputation, it is best you take immediate action towards improving the quality of the cuisine and being punctual. It would be great if you would ask all the master chefs to taste the dishes before displaying and styling.
