I hope this letter finds you in good health. I am delighted to receive a job offer as a business analyst in your esteemed company ‘The Riviera’. I have always known that you endeavor to establish your company to a top position. I am indeed glad to read in a recent article that your company is expanding its operations to two countries in Europe. In addition, my colleague mentioned that your customer service is warm, highly impressive, and extremely efficient. I would like to congratulate you on your recent success.
However, I am unable to join your establishment on the mentioned date. I am currently employed in an international school and engaged in teaching physics for secondary students. Their final exams are approaching in three months and I should be present with them in this crucial period of their life.
I sincerely apologize for not being able to join immediately. If there is no urgency, then I request you to accept me for the same post after three months.
