Band 7 IELTS Letter, You have purchased
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to file a complaint against an issue that occurred with my recent purchase. Originally, I had ordered a microwave from your home hardware. The microwave that I ordered was of Panasonic with model number NNST676S. It was online purchased with total spending of 230 dollars including the shipping cost.
I was really upset when I received my shipment because the model number was totally different from the actual order. The received microwave was smaller and it was of Dell company.
I just want to return this wrong item that was shipped to me from your end. Moreover, you must send your pick up agent within 2 days as I will be going out of town after that. Lastly, I need my correct microwave as soon as possible so that I can use that.
Please try to solve this problem at your earliest convenience. I will appreciate your help.
